So, I've decided to get back on the healthy track. I bought a nutrition book that has healthy recipes in it that I am going to try to cook. I'm also doing the Tracy Anderson Method workout every night and I love it! It's a kick butt work out that is only one hour long, but it's awesome! So far so good :)
I'm also thinking of starting a health plan blog where my followers make goals and if we all reach them we reward ourselves with a girls night out or something at the end of each month!
